It is important to note that once this option is selected, Snout Pet LTD will process your order according to the terms outlined below. 2. Dispatch Timeframe:
While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, Snout Pet LTD reserves the right to take up to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation to dispatch your parcel. Delays may occur due to stock availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will notify you should this occur.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
After dispatch, domestic deliveries via EVRi can take up to 10 business days for delivery. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's postal services, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. Customers should allow additional time for international orders.
4. Non-Delivery Procedure:
If your parcel has not been delivered within the 10-day window (for domestic orders) or an extended period for international orders, you must contact us immediately. Upon notification:
a. Internal Investigation:
Snout Pet LTD will conduct an internal investigation to locate the parcel. This process may take up to 5 business days. We will verify the shipping address, review tracking information, and confirm the dispatch status.
b. Logistics Investigation:
If our internal search proves unsuccessful, we will escalate the matter to EVRi or the respective logistics company. This formal investigation may take up to 30 days for domestic parcels and up to 90 days for international parcels, depending on the circumstances and the policies of the logistics company. During this time, the logistics provider will investigate the parcel's location and provide an official report.
5. Resolution:
If the logistics company confirms that the parcel is lost or if the investigation period expires without a resolution, Snout Pet LTD will offer the following remedies, at our discretion:
a. Replacement:
We may resend the ordered item(s) to you at no additional cost.
b. Refund:
A full refund will be provided for the value of the item(s) ordered.
c. Compensation:
Alternatively, we may offer compensation in the form of store credit or discount coupons that can be applied to future purchases.
6. Exclusions and Limitations:
Snout Pet LTD will not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and to monitor the tracking information provided upon dispatch. Should any issues arise with delivery, it is imperative that customers notify Snout Pet LTD promptly to initiate the investigation process as outlined above.
8. International Orders:
Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom should be aware that international deliveries are subject to the destination country’s customs clearance procedures. Snout Pet LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import regulations. Additionally, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply upon delivery.
9. Amendments to the Shipping Policy:
Snout Pet LTD reserves the right to amend or update this shipping policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
